Purchase order processing will be closed September 12. If you will need to place any orders, please do so before the 12th. POs received after the 12th will be held until the new fiscal year begins the first week of October. Lori will let you know when the new fiscal year is open.
If you will need a check for anything (field trip costs, etc.) please get the PO in now. Once the system is closed, we are unable to cut checks for any reason until we open the new fiscal year in October.
