Important Information

We are off to a great start to a new school year.  Students and parents appear very happy!  I am thankful for our outstanding staff members who work tirelessly to make Paine Intermediate a good place to learn.

Lesson Plans will be checked every other week starting August 18.

• Please print out all plans from your CAD sites, and place them in your plan book or binder. 
• Intervention plans should be written that include the names of students with whom you are working and the skills and activities.  
• Please indicate if one of the intervention students was absent.  
• Include your read-aloud(s).  
• Place your plan book on your desk or on the counter by your door.  

Thank you for sitting with your students at lunch last week and this week.  This time together, getting to know one another, will surely pay off.  I have enjoyed sitting with students at lunch and talking with them.  I have learned several new names!

Kristi, Autumm, and I attended the fifth grade Chromebook training during CAD today, so we did not get to visit any CADs.  I am thankful for this time for teachers to talk, reflect, and plan.  I am not sure that outsiders understand how valuable this time is and how our teachers take advantage of this time to prepare great lessons.  Thank you to Donna Fox and Patty Smith for keeping our children during this time!
